Will Tinkler

Will Tinkler is a seasoned professional in the music industry, currently serving as Director at Mandatory Music since May 2019, where efforts focus on aiding musicians in maximizing their streaming potential. In addition, Tinkler is the Editorial and Marketing Partnerships Manager at Believe, starting in May 2021, responsible for overseeing all digital service providers (DSPs) in the AUNZ region and developing strategic marketing initiatives for artists. Prior experience includes a role as Digital Coordinator at Sony Music Entertainment from September 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included DSP account management and data analysis within the digital team. Tinkler holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, and Psychology from The University of Sydney Business School, earned between 2013 and 2018.
