Yonatan Levinson

Yonatan Levinson has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Yonatan is currently the Director of R&D at Future Meat Technologies, where they also previously served as a Senior Engineer. Before joining Future Meat Technologies, Yonatan worked at Lonza as a Senior Scientist and Scientist. Yonatan'sprevious roles also include being a Senior Process Development Engineer and Process Development Associate at Pluristem Therapeutics. Yonatan started their career as a Research Associate at Merck and later worked as the Managing Editor at EcoGeek. Yonatan has also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Yonatan co-founded and managed 209 Panini Bar.

Yonatan Levinson received a BA in Biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008. Yonatan then went on to pursue an MSc in Biotechnology and Food Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2013.
