Garth Adams has a diverse work experience. Garth worked as a Shareholder and Two-Term President at Belin McCormick, P.C., where they completed numerous sell-side and buy-side engagements in various industries. Garth also assisted in venture capital transactions as both issuer counsel and investor counsel. Prior to that, Garth Adams worked as an Associate Attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

Garth Adams holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Columbia Law School, which they obtained from 1986 to 1989. Garth completed coursework necessary to sit for the CPA Exam, along with other majors, at Drake University from 1981 to 1986. At the same university, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Political Science from 1981 to 1985. Additionally, Adams attained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from Drake University in 1985-1986.
