Pavel Kharytonau has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. From 2009 to 2016, they served as an Entrepreneur, Commercial Manager, and Co-Owner of Irish Chocolate Fantasy, where they were responsible for various aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance. From 2017 to 2018, Pavel worked as a Freelance Business Consultant, specializing in business development, IT sales, and marketing. Additionally, they assisted in finding investors and facilitating the sale of business processes. Since 2018, they have been working as an IT Business Development Manager at Belitsoft Software Development Company, where they consult business owners and decision-makers in the FinTech and PropTech industries.
