Sofiya Strelchyk

Sofiya Strelchyk has extensive work experience in various project management and technical support roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist for JSC "Belgorkhimprom" and then moved on to work as a Mathematician at Competentum. In 2015, they joined Belitsoft as a Technical Support Engineer (L2) before transitioning to the role of Technical Support Team Lead in 2018. In 2019, Sofiya worked as the Manager of the Support Team at Deltix, which is part of EPAM. Sofiya then joined Staylime in 2020 as a Project Manager and later moved on to Belitsoft Software Development Company in 2021, where they hold the position of Project Manager/Scrum Master.

Sofiya Strelchyk attended Belarusian State University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. In September 2018, they also obtained a certification in Project Management in Software Development from BelHard Academy.
