In 2018, Vitali Kiselev became the Head of the Speech Solution Department at Belitsoft, where they managed the development of speech solutions using global speech engines and platforms.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2018, they founded and served as the CEO of Speech Systems Ltd., specializing in integrating speech and voice technologies into various industries.

In 2011, they worked as an advisor, offering consultations on speech technologies, forensic audio and voice research, and financial and tax planning. Vitali also provided guidance on opening offices in Belarus and advised on joining the Hi-Tech Park in Belarus.

In 2021, Vitali Kiselev managed the development of voice bots at 3iTech, focusing on research and development using Bootpress and Google Dialog Flow.
