Chiel Zwijnenburg is a professional with extensive experience in psychology and organizational consultancy. Currently working as an Ontwikkelingsconsultant and Psycholoog at BeljonWesterterp B.V. since September 2021, Chiel supports organizations with comprehensive HR issues, focusing on selection and development assessments. Previously, Chiel completed a research internship at LTP Business Psychologen, exploring narrative interviewing in assessment practices, and gained experience as a Young Business Psychologist. Earlier roles include working at Robeco as an Outbound Retailagent, where Chiel was responsible for engaging clients in investment opportunities.
