Gerda Hulshof is an experienced professional who currently serves as the owner of buro ED! since May 2018, focusing on coaching, interim management, and management consultancy to facilitate organizational change. Gerda is a certified NOBCO coach and has led various initiatives in leadership, business, performance, career, and team coaching. Gerda's extensive background includes roles such as coordinator of the Woonzorgvisie for the municipality of Oldambt, interim management positions in housing projects, and advisory roles within housing corporations. Gerda also holds volunteer leadership positions, such as chair of the board at Dierentehuis Ter Marse and as a substitute member of the Complaints Committee at Wold & Waard. An accomplished training actor, Gerda has been involved in assessment and selection processes across multiple organizations.
