Pauline van Hoek

Pauline van Hoek is an experienced aggression training actor and (co)-trainer currently working at Solidair Friesland since February 2024. In addition, Pauline is involved with various institutions, including BeljonWesterterp B.V., Firda, Hanze Hogeschool Groningen, and NHL Stenden Hogeschool, focusing on training and developing communication skills, mediation conversations, and coaching skills. As the owner of Allingastate B&B since April 2017, Pauline also founded YNtraining, where responsibilities include managing daily operations, teaching, and developing educational materials, while previously serving as director and teacher at Kosmeoo Health from 2007 to 2017. Pauline's diverse background includes roles in improvisation and training with Van Ravesteijn Entertainment Group.
