April Penn

April Penn is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in infrastructure and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations at American Tire Distributors since January 2021, April has held multiple senior roles at Belk since January 2008, including Sr. Director IT Enterprise Services and Director, End User Computing Services. April has a proven track record in leading enterprise-level projects, stabilizing IT environments, and driving operational excellence through governance and continuous improvement initiatives. April holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Claflin University, earned between 1987 and 1992.
