DeAnn McLean has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Store Manager and Operations Manager at Belk since 2020. Prior to this, DeAnn held the position of Multi Store Operations Manager at Macy's from 2013 to 2020, where responsibilities included driving sales goals and overseeing merchandise support for a multi-million dollar business. DeAnn's retail career began at Macy's in 2009, and previous experience includes working as an Insurance/X-ray Technician at Family Chiropractic from 2005 to 2009. DeAnn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Art from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and Lambuth University.
