Eliza Tat, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and small business ownership. Currently serving as a Small Business Owner at A Tasty Spoon and Gloss Nails Spa & Tan since October 2019 and October 2015, respectively, Eliza also holds a significant role at Belk as a Senior HR Shared Services Payroll Consultant and has progressed through various HR positions since March 2017.
