Lauren Dorton is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Belk since January 2022, having held various positions within the company since 2020. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Referrals and Insurance Administrator at Criswell & Criswell Plastic Surgery and held roles at Apex Systems, including Account Support Team Lead and Account Manager. With a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Sports Management from the University of South Carolina, Lauren has developed strong relationships across business lines and has a proven track record in strategic sourcing and recruitment in fast-paced environments.
