Michael M.

Michael M. is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at Belk since February 2008, currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Stores for the North Carolina Coast and previously for Texas and Louisiana, where the region achieved Region of the Year for FY24. Prior to this, Michael held various managerial positions, including Flagship General Manager at multiple locations and received accolades such as Store Manager of the Year in 2018 and Visual Store of the Year in 2019. Michael's career began at Federated Department Stores in June 2000, progressing through roles at Macy's, where experience included the Manager Trainee position before joining Belk.
