Suzanne Dawson

Suzanne Dawson is a seasoned retail executive with extensive experience in merchandising and leadership roles across major companies. Currently serving as Vice President of DMM Classic, Modern, and Contemporary RTW, and DMM Private Brand Apparel at Belk since August 2022, Suzanne also contributes as an Advisory Board Member at Ditale Outdoors. Prior experience includes various Vice President roles at Kohl's from 2009 to 2020, where responsibilities encompassed category management and cross-functional team leadership in intimate apparel and women's active categories, managing significant annual sales volumes. Earlier positions at Macy's and Robinsons-May/Meier & Frank further solidified expertise in assortment planning, divisional management, and team development within the women’s apparel sector. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
