Taylor Silverstein

Taylor Silverstein is an accomplished professional in product development and brand management with extensive experience in the retail industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Belk since October 2016, Taylor manages a team focused on the conceptualization and development of the private label brand Crown & Ivy. Prior to this, Taylor held multiple roles at Macy's from September 2009 to September 2016, including Senior Product Manager, where oversight included an extensive development portfolio with significant annual receipts. Taylor's career began at Explosion Sportswear, contributing to apparel design and marketing, and includes valuable internship experiences at Macy's, enhancing strategic planning and marketing skills. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business from Arizona State University.
