Doug Palmer

Doug Palmer is an experienced HRIS professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the People Technology (HRIS) Manager at Belkin International since May 2004. In this role, Doug administers and maintains the Belkin Global Workday HRIS System and supports various functions including Core HCM, Absence, Talent, Benefits, Expenses, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Recruiting. Notably, Doug configured and successfully launched Workday Recruiting globally without a partner, demonstrating strong technical capabilities. Doug has also held roles such as Senior HRIS Analyst and HRIS Analyst, contributing to the implementation team for HCM. Prior to Belkin, Doug's experience includes project management at XO Communications and temporary IT support at Apple One.
