James Ng, MBA has a diverse work experience. James started their career as a Senior Sustaining Quality Assurance Engineer at EFI in 2006 and later became a Partner Program Manager. In 2012, they joined Speck Products as a Lead Project Manager and Product Owner, where they oversaw the development of protective case products for Apple and Samsung devices. James then founded their own fashion startup, MEI LI Brands, in 2017, where they served as the Founder, Product Manager, and Chief Executive. James secured funding for the startup but faced challenges in achieving their goals. Since 2019, James has been working at Belkin as a Program Manager and later got promoted to Sr. Program Manager.

James Ng, MBA, has a diverse education history, with a focus on business and data analytics. In 1995, they attended Chabot College, where they studied computer science for two years. In 2008, they enrolled at Capella University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Program Management, completing their studies in 2011.

James went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northeastern University from 2013 to 2015. During this period, they specialized in Marketing and International Management. Seeking to further enhance their skills in data analytics, they attended the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in 2019-2020. Here, they completed a Data Analytics Boot Camp, securing a certificate in the field.

In addition to their formal degrees, James Ng has obtained several certifications to refine their knowledge and skills. These certifications are focused on advanced Excel, databases and ETL, fundamental statistics, advanced data topics, Python programming, and web visualization. All certifications were obtained in February 2020 from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.
