Sarorth Lai

Sarorth Lai began their work experience in 2008 at Target, where they held various roles such as Store Manager and Human Resource Manager. At Target, they managed store operations, including hiring, training, payroll management, and remodel constructions. They also oversaw HR initiatives, including employee relations, compensation strategies, and talent management. In 2018, Lai joined DaVita Kidney Care as a Healthcare Facility Administrator. Currently, they work at Belkin International as a Human Resources Business Partner.

Sarorth Lai earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from San Diego State University.
