Marta Ivanova has been working as a Technical Recruiter at Belkins and Folderly since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an IT recruiter at Qubit Labs from June 2020 to September 2021. From June 2019 to June 2020, they worked as a Recruiter at BHP Int, and from November 2018 to June 2019, they were a Recruitment Assistant at Intertop Ukraine.

Marta Ivanova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Kyiv National Economics University, which they attended from 2016 to 2020. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in the same field from the same university, from 2020 to 2022.
