Jeff Tinsley

Jeff Tinsley is currently the CFO at Bell & Associates Construction. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Underground Construction Co., Inc. from May 2006 to September 2017. Jeff is experienced in SEC Reporting, Business Plans, 5 year Strategic Plans, System Conversions, Technology Implementations, and Website Redevelopment.

During their time at Underground Construction Co., Inc., Jeff led the company through various improvements, such as increasing cash flow by over $20mm and reducing DSO from 150 days to under 45 days. Jeff also formed and continues to lead a Community Service Team to promote community involvement.

Jeff Tinsley has a business degree from California State University-San Bernardino with a focus in accounting. Jeff is also a certified public accountant (CPA).
