Matt Saddington is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in global equities and a strong focus on ESG research. Currently serving as a Senior Global Equities Analyst at Bell Asset Management since April 2018, Matt leads ESG research with a specialization in small and mid-cap equities. Previous roles include Portfolio Manager at Millinium Capital Managers Limited, where Matt developed global equity investment models and managed private equity businesses, and Senior Investment Analyst at Scottish Widows, focusing on ESG analysis across portfolios. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Global Value Investors, The Boston Company Asset Management, and Fiera Capital, along with a background in financial modeling as a Director at Western Rosella Farming. Matt holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from McGill University and a BBA in Finance and Economics from Bishop's University.
