Kyle Fiala

Kyle Fiala is a software engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Since 2019, Kyle has worked at Bell Bank as a Software Engineer II, previously holding the position of Software Engineer. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Developer at Allegiance Software and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, where Kyle focused on application development and web-based tools. An internship at HERE provided experience in an agile development environment, enhancing communication and technical skills. In addition to technical expertise, Kyle developed leadership abilities as a Resident Assistant during university studies, where responsibilities included organizing programs and mentoring students.
