Marc Baird

Marc Baird has extensive experience in inventory management and dispatching within the HVAC industry. Currently serving as an Inventory Specialist at Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning since May 2018, Marc is responsible for handling all incoming emails from HVAC and maintenance technicians, providing essential parts information including cost and estimated time of arrival. Previously, Marc worked as a Northern California Dispatcher for Artic Mechanical, Inc. from September 2016 to April 2018, where responsibilities included managing customer service requests and maintaining service technicians' schedules. Marc's early career includes experience as a Package Handler at FedEx Ground from November 2011 to August 2016, where responsibilities involved processing incoming packages efficiently and managing trailer operations. Marc Baird holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Heald College-Roseville, earned between 1997 and 1999.
