Jonathan Adams is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and strategic leadership within the cabinetry and woodworking industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Bell Cabinetry and Design since August 2022, Jonathan previously held leadership roles including President at Barbosa Cabinets, Inc., where Jonathan spearheaded Project HEMI, a strategic initiative aimed at driving revenue and EBITDA growth, in collaboration with McKinsey & Company. As Co-Founder and CEO of INNERGY, Jonathan established an ERP solution for custom woodworking manufacturers, developing the business into a profitable entity with global reach. Jonathan also served as Chief Operating Officer at Adams Group, focusing on cost-saving and data-driven strategies, while overseeing multiple departments with P&L responsibility. Jonathan's career began with roles in project engineering and IT operations, backed by a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from Hodges University.
