Benoit Charette

Benoit Charette is an experienced professional with a career at Bell spanning from January 2007 to the present, currently serving as an AGILE PO Proxy within the Wireless Construction program, along with roles as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master. Responsibilities include user story collection, AGILE methodology application, change management, quality assurance, training, and technical support. Benoit has also facilitated the New Employee Orientation Program for new management in the Network group. Prior to this, Benoit worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in Document Management, analyzing documentation processes and establishing classification architecture. Benoit’s earlier experience includes roles in Unstructured Information Management and technical positions at Bell Mobility and Bell Canada, beginning in May 1985. Benoit holds a DEC in Electro Dynamique from CEGEP St-Jérome, earned between 1982 and 1986.
