Florence do

Florence Do is a seasoned professional with a strong background in solutions integration and management. At Bell, from June 2019 to July 2022, Florence served as a Senior Consultant and previously as a Consultant in Solutions Integration for Genesys PureConnect, along with managing a team of 15-20 clerical employees. Responsibilities included coaching, supervising operations, managing projects, and providing analytics on business metrics. Earlier experience includes an internship at Bombardier Aerospace, focusing on technical specifications and testing, and a role as a teaching assistant at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf. Florence holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
