Glenn Ward

Glenn Ward is a seasoned telecommunications professional with over 32 years of experience, primarily at Bell Canada, where roles included Former Senior Vice President of Network Operations and several vice president positions. Ward played a pivotal role in transitioning Bell to an end-to-end IP-based network and achieved industry-leading performance metrics, including five nines reliability on the IP network for four consecutive years. Key accomplishments include implementing a national operations model, overseeing Six Sigma projects that reduced costs by millions while improving service levels, and contributing to the operational planning for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
