Senior Service Manager

Kyle Ward has extensive experience in service management and IT operations, currently serving as the Senior Service Manager at Bell since February 2000, where responsibilities include monitoring and managing the service life-cycle of mobile radio services for public safety customers. Additionally, Kyle has held several key roles, including Professional Scrum Master for national voice network projects, Operational Acceptance Manager for governance activities in telecom and IT, and Senior Process Manager overseeing ITIL and Service Management System implementations. Prior to Bell, Kyle worked at Blacks Photography as a Photo Lab Technician/Sales Associate. Educational qualifications include degrees in Network Design and Administration from NBCC Moncton.
