Paul Thurman

Paul Thurman has a varied work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Paul currently works as a Solutions Architect at Zuora since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of a Principal Consultant at Manhattan Associates from February 2022 to July 2022, and Senior Consultant from December 2018 to February 2022.

Paul has also worked as a Software Support Analyst Tier II at BackOffice Associates from January 2017 to December 2018, serving as a Tier II support for software installation, upgrades, data migrations, and software functionality.

Paul worked as an Application Analyst at Strategic Industries from May 2016 to January 2017, where they served as an SME and lead Implementation analyst for PestPac ERP software.

Before that, they worked as a CRM Consultant at Business & Decision from March 2015 to January 2016, where they served as a junior developer and technical lead on implementation and data migration projects.

Paul also worked at Sonoco as an Oracle ERP Consultant from May 2014 to October 2014, where they provided support in development and training end users on Oracle Manufacturing business functions.

Paul also held the position of an Assistant Project Manager at ChinaNetCloud from January 2014 to April 2014, where they led a team in developing client servers and executing pre/post Quality Assurance tests.

Paul started their career as a Lab Technology Assistant at UNLV Office of Information Technology from October 2011 to June 2013, where they facilitated lab usage, activated student accounts, and provided technical assistance to students and staff.

Paul Thurman holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology, which they obtained from the Florida Institute of Technology between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Informatics at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Paul has obtained several certifications, including Zuora Billing Certified Consultant, Zuora Billing Analyst, Zuora Billing Certified Analyst, and Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner. Paul attained these certifications at various institutions and obtained them between 2015 and 2022.
