They currently serve as a Senior Network & Cyber Security Analyst at Bell and a Senior Network & Telecommunications Engineer at SyncStep Technology Consulting Inc. In the past, Stephane held positions such as Network Manager for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Internetworking Specialist at Bell Canada, and Global Technical Support Engineer at Nortel. Stephane's education includes a B.Sc. degree from the University of Ottawa, as well as diplomas from College Lafleche and the National Radio Institute. Fluent in both French and English, they have a proven track record in customer support and network design, having worked with numerous prominent organizations.
