Chris Bagley, P.E., serves as the Civil Division Manager at Bell Construction, overseeing heavy civil and utility installation since January 2023. Bagley is a licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee and Texas, as well as a licensed Master Plumber and Fire Sprinkler RME, enabling comprehensive service capabilities at Bell. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Summit Constructors from May 2014 to January 2023, specializing in heavy civil and utility work in downtown Nashville. Bagley also held various roles including Project Manager and Civil Engineer at The Parkes Companies from July 1999 to April 2014, where significant projects included Franklin Park and Cedar Park Town Center, totaling over $80 million in completed work. An education in Civil Engineering was attained from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
