Melissa Higginbotham is a corporate recruiter with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently employed at BELL Construction since March 2022, Melissa previously held a similar role at Barge Design Solutions, Inc. from October 2019 to March 2022. Prior to these positions, Melissa worked at Gresham Smith for nearly two decades, serving in various capacities including executive administrative support and human resources. Melissa's career in human resources began at First American Bank/AmSouth as a training and development coordinator. Melissa holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Trevecca Nazarene University.
