Ellie Mitchell MRTPI is a seasoned planning professional with a wealth of experience in the field of town planning. Currently serving as a Senior Town Planner at Bell Cornwell LLP Planning Consultants since September 2023, Ellie previously held roles as a Chartered Town Planner at Laurence Associates from July 2021 to September 2023, and as a Town Planner at Arup from December 2018 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Transport Planner and Graduate Transport Planner at Arcadis, as well as a researcher at Cardiff University's School of Planning and Geography. Ellie began their career with positions such as Assistant Ranger at the National Trust and Assistant Journalist at both St Austell Voice and ITV. Educational qualifications comprise an MSc in Spatial Planning & Development and a BSc in Human Geography, both from Cardiff University.
