Galen Craun

Galen Craun is a Shareholder and Vice President at Bell, Davis & Pitt, P.A. since September 1999. Prior to this, Galen worked as a Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP from January 1994 to June 1996. Galen holds a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law (1997-1999), an MA in Accounting, Concentration in Taxation from Virginia Tech (1992-1993), and a BA in Economics and Business from Randolph-Macon College (1986-1990). Galen specializes in business sale, acquisition, and merger transactions, corporate and business legal representation, tax law, securities law, commercial lending transactions, and nonprofit corporations at Bell, Davis & Pitt. The firm has been providing legal advice and services to clients throughout the Southeastern United States for over thirty years.
