Huma Lofca

Huma Lofca is a law professional with a strong focus on intellectual property and trademark law. Currently serving as a Law Clerk at Bell, Davis & Pitt, P.A. since August 2022, Huma has also held positions at the Wake Forest IP Law Clinic as a Graduate Student-Clinic Member, providing pro bono legal services with a focus on trademark and copyright issues. Previous experience includes a legal internship at BTG Law Firm, where Huma drafted and translated international commercial contracts, and roles at Atilim Law Firm and Torun Law Firm, providing assistance in administrative and insurance law. Huma holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Hacettepe University, complemented by an Erasmus program at the University of Konstanz.
