Justin Kozlowski

Justin Kozlowski has extensive experience in the flavor industry, with their most recent position as Vice President Beverage Flavors & Applications at Bell Flavors & Fragrances. Justin joined Bell in 2023 and is responsible for developing products for food, beverage, cosmetic, personal care, and household care companies globally. Prior to Bell, Justin held various roles at Imbibe, including Vice President of Flavor Operations from December 2020 to June 2023, Director of Flavor Operation from April 2017 to December 2020, Director of Flavor Creation from April 2012 to April 2017, and Manager of Analytical Services from May 2011 to April 2012. Before joining Imbibe, they worked at Flavorchem Corporation as a Flavor Chemist from July 2005 to May 2011 and as a Flavor Apprentice from July 2003 to June 2005.

Justin Kozlowski's education history begins in 1999 when they pursued a Chemistry degree at DePaul University, which they completed in 2003. Justin then pursued a Master's degree in Food Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2009 to 2012. Later on, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2013 to 2015 to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
