Nicolas Poulin

Production Manager at Bell Flavors and Fragrances, Inc.

Nicolas Poulin has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Nicolas started their career in 2014 as an Environmental Laboratory Analyst at Suburban Laboratories, Inc, where they worked until December 2015. In 2016, they joined Bell Flavors & Fragrances and initially worked as a Fragrance Laboratory Technician until January 2017. Nicolas was then promoted to Fragrance Laboratory Manager, leading a team of 6 direct reports in the Fragrance and Fragrance Applications laboratories. In this role, they managed lab systems, inventory, and was responsible for project completion and on-time shipment. Nicolas also handled R&D to manufacturing troubleshooting and served as the point of contact for the sales group. Nicolas was selected to participate in the management LEAD (Leadership Education and Development) team. In July 2019, they transitioned to the role of Analytical Chemist until August 2021. Currently, they serve as a Production Manager at Bell Flavors & Fragrances, starting in August 2021.

Nicolas Poulin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 2011 to 2014. Nicolas then pursued further education by enrolling in the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy from 2018 to 2022.
