Tim Gross

Global Capital Engineering at Bell Flavors and Fragrances, Inc.

Tim Gross has a diverse work experience in various engineering and management roles. Tim started their career in 2001 at PepsiCo - Frito Lay as an Engineering Project Manager and Process Engineer, where they were responsible for procuring capital and equipment, designing and installing equipment, and managing cross-functional teams. From 2006 to 2007, Tim worked at Cooper B-Line as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, where they managed process improvements, equipment selection and qualification, and resolved manufacturing equipment issues.

In 2007, Tim joined Dr Pepper Snapple Group as an R&D Process Development Engineer, where they served as a subject matter expert for various beverages and collaborated with different teams within the company and external stakeholders. Tim also handled equipment procurement and maintenance at the Research and Development Center.

From 2012 to 2014, Tim worked at Leprino Foods as a Sr. Engineer, Cheese Processing, where they provided support for cheese production and processing, developed employee technical skills, and ensured a safe working environment and product quality.

At E. & J. Gallo Winery, Tim held the position of Engineering Project Manager from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for implementing capital projects to improve cost savings, production, and reduce downtime. Tim managed contract project managers and oversaw projects up to $15 million.

From 2016 to 2019, Tim worked at Sesaco Corporation as an Engineering Project Manager, and from 2019 to 2021, they served as the Engineering & Maintenance Manager at Rembrandt Foods, providing support and managing various facilities and production sites.

Tim is currently employed at Bell Flavors & Fragrances, where they hold the role of Global Capital Engineering.

Tim Gross attended Purdue University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
