Tom Grant

Tom Grant has extensive experience in operations and management roles within the manufacturing industry. Tom is currently the Director of Integrated Business Planning at Bell Flavors & Fragrances. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations at FAREVA, where they oversaw all manufacturing departments and implemented strategies to manage the business through changes within the customer base. Before that, Tom worked as a General Manager at Voyant Beauty, where they directed all departments and managed the impacts of the COVID pandemic. Tom also held various positions at Givaudan, including Director of Operations for multiple sites, Supply Chain Manager, and Purchasing Data Administrator. Tom's earlier experience includes working as a Purchasing Agent at Dresser, Inc. and as a School Administrator at Sparlingville Baptist Church. Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, optimize operations, and drive safety and quality improvements.

Tom Grant attended Fairhaven College from 1994 to 1998 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and Administration.
