Drew Maresh

Drew Maresh is a distinguished Staff Engineer specializing in rotor stress analysis at Bell Flight since January 2008, currently serving as the rotors IPT Manager and technical lead for the Bell HSVTOL program. With extensive expertise in stress and fatigue analysis of both composite and metallic rotors and drive components, Drew has spearheaded innovative projects, including the development of new folding rotors and advancements in VTOL aircraft technology. Previous roles at Bell include Principal Engineer, Engineering Specialist, Senior Engineer, and Rotor Stress Engineer, where Drew contributed significantly to various programs, enhancing operational efficiencies and achieving notable advancements in rotor design and analysis methodologies. Earlier experiences include a design engineering internship at Boeing for the 787 Dreamliner and a wire line engineering internship at Schlumberger. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
