Duane Rhodes

Duane Rhodes, M.B.A., currently serves as Manager of IPT Engineering for Bell Flight, focusing on FVL innovation, development, and technical support across the product lifecycle while fostering collaboration among various departments. Prior to this role, Duane held the position of Principal Project Engineer, leading engineering efforts for the V-22 Common Configuration - Reliability and Maintainability (CC-RAM) Program and the V-22 Japan Foreign Military Sales Program. Duane's earlier experience includes managing projects as Project Engineering Manager at Bell Helicopter Textron, and serving as Principal Engineer at Bell Helicopter. Duane began a career in engineering as a Sr. Design Engineer at Vought Aircraft. Education comprises a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
