Bell Flight
Eric Link is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in aerospace design and repair. Since November 2010, Eric has been serving as the Design Engineering Supervisor at Bell Flight, specializing in V-22 Airframe Integrated Product Team (IPT) supervision and NAVAIR Designated Engineering Representative (DER) for the repair of the V-22 wing and nacelle airframe structure. Previously, Eric held the position of Engineer IV at Bell Flight, focusing on nacelle design and supporting Root Cause Corrective Action for various issues from July 2015 to July 2018. Prior experience includes working as a Design Liaison Engineer at Triumph Group, Vought Aircraft Division, addressing repair and defect coordination for Sikorsky Blackhawk models, and as a Liaison Engineer at American Airlines, evaluating aircraft damage and overseeing repair implementation. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1993 and 1996.
