Heeral Champion

Heeral Champion currently serves as Program Manager for ESG and Sustainability (Global) at Bell Flight, starting in October 2023. Previously, Heeral was Manager of Corporate EHS/ESG at Inogen, overseeing corporate safety and sustainability initiatives. With extensive experience at the Dallas Police Department, Heeral advanced from Environmental Coordinator to Sr. Multi-Program Manager, managing environmental quality, sustainability, and emergency preparedness programs. Additional roles include Environmental Coordinator III at Dallas Parks and Recreation, where recognition was received for achieving ISO 14000 certification, and Environmental Specialist III at Dallas Water Utilities. Heeral holds a Master of Science in Earth and Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
