Ken Karika

Ken Karika has a diverse and extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Ken began their career at Bell Flight in 2012, where they held various roles such as Global Sales Director, Director of International Program Management, and Director of Global Business Development. In these positions, they were responsible for managing production and engineering planning, contracts management, and international customer deliveries.

Before working at Bell Flight, Ken had a successful career in the United States Marine Corps. Ken served as the MV-22 Transition Program Officer, managing the transition of Osprey squadrons in the Western Pacific. Ken also held the role of Operations Department Head at VMX-22, where they successfully completed test objectives on time and budget for aircraft software programs.

Ken's career in the Marine Corps also included roles as the Air Tasking Order Development Team Lead and the MV-22 Fleet Project Team Officer. In these positions, they managed flight schedules and coordinated air support requests.
