Laura Nelson

Laura Nelson is a Principal Human Factors Engineer at Bell Flight, where they work closely with engineers and pilots on the 525 program to write test plans, conduct evaluations, and create FAA reports. Previously, Laura held roles at MD Helicopters, Inc., leading significant certification programs and mentoring junior engineers. Laura's extensive experience includes collaborating on cockpit designs and user interfaces for military helicopters and contributing to innovative hardware designs that advocate for user needs. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering Technology from Arizona State University.
