Lynn McNeely

Lynn McNeely, Jr. is an accomplished manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and automotive industries. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer Planning at Bell Flight since May 2021, Lynn has previously held significant roles, including Lead Manufacturing Engineer Tooling at BOMBARDIER, where responsibilities included processing tooling changes and improving cost efficiencies. As Co-Founder and Director of Hidden Miracles Ministry, Lynn has dedicated efforts to support families affected by disabilities since 2003. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Triumph Aerostructures and Process and Tech Engineer at General Motors, focusing on process improvements and technical solutions. Lynn's educational background includes a Journeyman Electrician certification and expertise in Network Engineering and Management.
