Michael Loeffler

Michael Loeffler has a diverse work experience in the field of supply chain and materials management. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President Supply Chain at Bell Flight since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President Supply Chain at L3Harris Technologies from June 2022 to August 2023. Michael has also held various leadership roles at Bell Flight, including Vice President Materials Management from August 2019 to May 2022, Vice President Military Sustainment from August 2016 to August 2019, and Vice President Supply Chain from September 2013 to August 2016. Additionally, they have also worked as Director, Procurement - Advanced Programs at Bell Flight from July 2011 to September 2013. Before joining Bell Flight, they were Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning & Purchasing at Aviall Services, Inc. (Boeing) from February 2009 to July 2011. Michael started their career as a Supply Chain Manager at Bell Helicopter, Textron Inc from August 2005 to February 2009. Prior to that, they served as a Global Commodity Manager at Smiths Aerospace from June 2004 to August 2005. Michael began their professional journey as a Naval Officer (Submarines) in the US Navy from May 1997 to June 2004.

Michael Loeffler earned their BS in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy from 1993 to 1997. Michael then pursued an MBA in Business Administration from The Citadel, completing it from 2002 to 2004. Finally, they obtained a MEM in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University from 2005 to 2008.
