Monty Copeland

Monty Copeland has extensive experience in quality assurance and non-destructive inspection, currently serving as a Senior Supplier Quality Assurance Representative at Bell Flight since October 2005. Previous roles include Principal Non-Destructive Inspection Specialist and Quality Operations Specialist, where Monty has developed inspection procedures, conducted audits, and managed teams of inspectors. Prior to Bell Flight, Monty held positions such as Production Supervisor at Siemens Energy and Inspection Supervisor at GE Aviation, with a foundational career in the US Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic, managing a variety of airframes-related programs and quality assurance processes. Monty's certifications include Level 3 in multiple non-destructive inspection methods, and a commitment to continuous education through the Community College of the Air Force.
