N. Grady

N. Grady possesses extensive experience in avionics, system integration, and engineering, with a current position as Avionics System Integration Lab (SIL) Development Engineer at Bell Flight since July 2023. Previous roles include Drone Development at Two Bit Designs LLC/Bone Lifter, Safety & Test Engineer at Textron Systems, and Manager of Integration and Test Lab at Cirrus Aircraft. N. Grady has also served at BAE Systems as a System Engineer and at Boeing in various engineering roles, demonstrating proficiency in test design, execution, and analysis across flight hardware, sensors, and software integration. N. Grady has a solid educational foundation, holding a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and multiple Associate degrees in mechanical and design technologies from Nashua Community College. Additionally, N. Grady has military experience as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician with the US Army, highlighting a commitment to safety and technical leadership in high-stakes environments.
